We have a white vinyl sided two story center hall colonial w/ red shutters & door. What color should I paint the foundation?

You really don't want to draw attention to your foundation so I would recommend matching the color of your siding. I would have to say that most homeowners prefer to not paint the foundation. Though the ones that I have seen painted do look nice. It is completely your preference.
