Top coating elastomeric with acrylic.

I used an elastomeric paint on stucco kind of as a primer on areas which were cracked or peeling (spot painting). After reading the label (oops)I find out the top coat MUST also be elatomeric. I want to use a 100% Acrylic over the elastomeric “primer” (I’m only spot painting some “bad” spots.) What will happen? I live in South Florida where we do not get vast temp. fluctuations.

Use Sherwin Williams A-100 (use a flat finish for stucco) color of choice (to blend in if you are only spot painting… remember paint always drys darker after it it wet when first applied)… try a "sample" area first…

You shouldn't have any problems. All of the elastmerics that I have used can be top coated with a good standard acrylic paint. What brand/product are you using?
