In the article from this site, “Painting Bathroom Tiles,” it mentions priming then either using an oil based paint or a 2 part epoxy paint… I need more info.
What primer and 2-part paint?
Where can I find it?
I’ve tried my local big hardware stores and neither could help. They had no idea that it could be done.

First, you will need to go to a real paint store not a hardware store. The actual brands depends on what is available to you locally. I would use <a href="//www.painters-toys.com/xim-uma-water-reducible-acrylic-primer-bonder.html" target="_blank">XIM UMA Primer</a> and Pittsburgh Aquapon 2 part epoxy. These products are available to me locally.
